[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#953063: FTBFS on i386

mrtrix3 FTBFS on i386, which means that the stale i386 build still uses
Qt4.

There's the existing "#916284 mrtrix3 seems to be amd64-only", so I suggest
to simply restrict the arch list to amd64 and file an RM bug for the outdated
i386 binaries?
