This actually might be wrong. If you start to get FTBFSs you might
need to add back qtbase5-dev-tools, the bug only required the presence
of qtbase5-dev.

If you don't get FTBFSs then qtbase5-dev-tools was simply a wrong
build dependency who happened to pull in qtbase5-dev.
