Dear maintainers,

We recently started running autopkgtests on arm64 . Your package
bamtools has an autopkgtest, which is great, however, it fails on arm64
due to timeout after 2:47 hours. I copied some of the output at the
bottom of this report.

These kind of timeouts are bad for our infrastructure. I'll add your
package to our ignore-list on arm64. Please be aware that the release
team may soon consider failures on arm64 as RC as well.
