The buildds where it failed have LS3A-RS780-1w

According to diffoscope it is identical to the package I built
on the Debian porterbox (Cavium Octeon III).[1]

What fails is a test, I would expect a nocheck build (that skips the
tests) to produce an identical package on the affected buildds.
