Right, thanks, we need to resync sra-sdk with ncbi-vdb.  I'm on it, and
hope to upload a properly matched pair of packages tomorrow night.
(ncbi-vdb needs a small tweak to fix installation of a semi-private
header sra-sdk uses.)
