hunspell-de-med depends on hunspell-de-de, hunspell-de-at, or hunspell-de-ch.

Unless _only_ one of those _specific_ dictionaries are usable,
that relation should probably include the hunspell-de-*-frama variants.

And unless one of those dictionaries are _required_
for hunspell-de-med to work at all,
that relation should at most be a recommendation.

Specifically, if the medical dictionary is a supplement
to _any_ german hunspell dictionary,
then that is most optimally declared by replacing the dependency
with an enhancement, like this:
