[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#974529: gnumed-client: new upstream available

Dear maintainers,

upstream has released 1.8.4 which fixes a few bugs.

We kindly ask for packaging, as time allows.

This also applies to gnumed-server.

Is there anything we can do to fix the watchfile ?
