Thanks for pointing this out! I see this version is indeed incorrect, it
should have been

	https://www.sanger.ac.uk/science/tool/artemis

which redirects to yet another webpage...

I have put the homepage you are suggesting instead. It will be fixed in
the next upload of artemis into the archive.
