Hi,

it has turned out that the current version of libsis-jhdf5-java does not
build on s390x.  This us blocking not only the testing migration of a
set of important packages since a long time it also affects auto-hdf5
transition[1].  I consider it the best solution to remove the package
from architecture s390x for the moment.
