I think we should just call raxml instead of raxmlHPC-PTHREADS.

The wrapper raxml **SHOULD** simply detect the best performing
executable and call this.  However, I'd be really if some additional
pair of eyeballs would check this wrapper.  So if you are at it and
might test this - please have a look whether on amd64 architecture
the final executable raxmlHPC-PTHREADS will be called when raxml is
used in the command from parsnp.
