[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#971148: umap-learn: FTBFS: unsatisfiable build-dependency: python3-llvmlite (< 0.34) but 0.34.0-1 is to be installed

I suppose this FTBFS is due to numba[1] instead of umap-learn.
Hence, this would as well FTBFS.

It might be a better idea to close this bug and open a bug report
against numba instead, so that umap-learn migrates to testing after the
bug is fixed in numba,
w/o having to close this bug manually.
This will also prevent other packages depending on numba from migrating.
