Dear maintainers,

Recently, you fixed bug #987023 and I enabled bamtools again on all
architectures in unstable and testing. It doesn't fail anymore on armhf
and s390x, which that bug was about, however, it fails on armel due to
timeout after 2:47 hours. Can you please fix this for armel too?

I'll add your package to our reject-list on armel for now.
