[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#992359: spdlog: Please package new upstream version (1.8.5)

Dear Debian spdlog package maintainers,

Current version of spdlog in Debian is 1.8.1, and a new version of 1.8.5 is
now available. One of my packages (flameshot) needs spdlog/1.8.5 in the new
version. Could you please update spdlog to at least 1.8.5?

I see that the git packaging repo in Salsa GitLab already has a 1.8.5 version
prepared. It would be great if it can be packaged in near future. Please let
me know if I can provide with any help (such as package sponsorship).
