[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#992359: spdlog: Please package new upstream version (1.8.5)

I haven't tested it since spdlog/1.8.5 is not in Debian yet. Could you please
upload the new version into experimental so that we can test it, or could I do
a spdlog/1.8.5 NMU into experimental?
