Dear Debian spdlog package maintainer,

The spdlog upstream has released v1.9.x series since July 2021 (see
https://github.com/gabime/spdlog/releases ). Please consider packaging the new
releases in Debian and test whether they work well.

Probably we should make uploads in Debian Experimental first to test
compatibility with fmtlib 8.x; this is also recommended by Debian's fmtlib
package maintainer.
