Oh, wait!  Got it, the version minimac4 is inconsistent if I
miss building against sid and including the .changes file:

> 	$ autopkgtest -B minimac4_1.0.2-3.dsc -- schroot bullseye-amd64-sbuild
> 	[…]
> 	Get:1 http://[::1]:3142/debian.proxad.net/debian bullseye/main amd64 libstatgen0 amd64 1.0.14-7 [315 kB]

> 	[…]

That should read:

	$ autopkgtest \
		minimac4_1.0.2-3_amd64.changes \
		minimac4_1.0.2-3.dsc \
		-- schroot bullseye-amd64-sbuild

(That being said, I can't use bullseye to reproduce the issue
 due to depending on gcc-11 libraries now.)
