[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#986201: fsm-lite: Please provide autopkgtest

Hi Nilesh,

While looking for bugs to fix, I noticed you opened wishlist bugs related to autopkgtest suites for a few debian med packages (also #986200, #986194, #986193).  Etienne Mollier also has similar wishlist items (#983237, #994575).

Since these are all autopkgtest efforts, I thought I would work on them together.

Some of the packages have example test cases while others do not. As an example with fsm-lite, it has no built in tests. I was thinking of using a small sample .fasta file (http://prodata.swmed.edu/promals/info/fasta_format_file_example.htm) to produce known output. I would then use that known output as the "control" for autopkgtest validation. Do you agree with this approach?
