Thank you Andreas and Nilesh for your advice: all network-related tests 
are now skipped, and the current version in Salsa should solve the bug: 
could I get a sponsored upload?

Note that the CI on Salsa fails, but this is due to the 1 hour limit: 
build, autopkgtests and lintian steps are passing.
