[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1000224: marked as pending in plastimatch

Hi Andreas,

can you uploda this fix to unstable?

If would show if the libcharls problem is also on the buildds,
and if yes make it easier to figure out where it is (it does
not seem to be in plastimatch).
