[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#982117: RM: gdpc [i386 s390x] -- ROM; test failures

Greeting,

gdpc fails it's autopkgtest on i386 and s390x with different
symptoms, as reported in #981876 and #982103.  I'm afraid the
package is most likely not functionnal on these architectures.

I removed these architectures from debian/{,test/}control files.
However I believe that gdpc version 2.2.5-12 will fail to
migrate to Testing while the builds are missing on these
platforms.  Thus, I would like gdpc to be removed from the
archive on i386 and s390x please.
