[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#981876: gdpc: flaky autopkgtest on i386

Hi all,

I pushed gdpc 2.2.5-12 to remove support for architectures
i386[0] and s390x[1], which are failing autopkgtest, and opened
the corresponding ROM -- RM[2].  There are also changes in the
autopkgtest to make it a bit more verbose, to see what happens
at which steps.  Changes are ready on Salsa[3], for review then
sponsored upload or DM grants if deemed appropriate.
