Hi Lucas,

I couldn't reproduce the issue in gemma neither on mostly clean
chroot running on my native hardware.

You will find a diff in attachment.  I see error accumulation in
test results, some orders of magnitude in some cases.  The only
two meaningful difference I could find is the kernel version,
and the fact that things are running on either regular or
virtualised environment, after reducing possible sources of
inconsistencies.  (I had some remains of perl 5.30 and libisl22
in my old chroot initially, but making sure they were gone
didn't bring much changes.)

Note I truncated the end of the diff after the failure for the
sake of brevity; let me know if that was a mistake.

GSL is involved.  Maybe a next step would be to try on a virtual
machine.  What are the CPU flags on EC2 VM instances usually ?
