Dear FTP Masters,

It seems that the old version of src:brian has not been auto-crufted in unstable.
Please remove python-brian and python-brian-lib. They have been replaced by
python3-brian and python3-brian-lib.
There are no reverse dependencies preventing removal as far as I can tell.
