This package is a predepencency for the new version of umap-learn which
I like to see available in Debian 11.

Unfortunately I have some problem with the test auite of
python-pynndescent:

...
   dh_auto_test -O--buildsystem=pybuild
I: pybuild base:232: cd /build/python-pynndescent-0.5.1/.pybuild/cpython3_3.9_pynndescent/build; python3.9 -m nose -v
Failure: DistributionNotFound (The 'pynndescent' distribution was not found and is required by the application) ... ERROR
