[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#981397: RM: brian [mips64el ppc64el] -- ROM; missing build

Hello,

The package brian is currently out of testing due to missing
builds and test failures on the following architectures:

  * mips64el
  * ppc64el

There is also a build missing on mipsel, but which should be
resolved by next upload, so I have not listed it here.
Discussions are going on Debian Med List on the topic[1], in
order to solve the build issues on affected architectures, but
we need to buy ourselves some time, given the timing of freeze
policy.
