[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#991371: sambamba: misses items in d/copyright information

Dear Fellow Maintainers,

Nilesh identified a couple of missing items in d/copyright[1].
The sambamba software is GPL-2+, but he caught also portions of
Boost-1.0, Expat, and Public Domain.  Following discussion on
Debian Med mailing list[2], the issue has not been deemed
release critical at this point of the full freeze; although the
severity can always be adjusted if it is proven to be otherwise.

In any case, it is important that this get fixed, so this entry
is to make sure to not forget about it.
