thanks a lot for your attempt to use Debian packaged dicomscope and your
bug report as response to our work.

What exactly does not work.  When I do

   sudo apt install dicomscope
   dicomscope

I can see some graphical user interface.  I'm not a user of this
software myself and have no good idea how to really test that program
but we simply need more information what you expect and what is
happening instead.

Which files are missing?

These links are locking pretty normal to me.  I do not use this
.../filelist link, but if you can install the package than you
can get the list of files via

    dpkg -L dicomscope

For the moment I took the freedom to set the severity of the bug to
important since we have no chance to reproduce the problem you are
facing and need more information (so I've also set tag moreinfo).
