Dear Maintainer,

At the moment, simrisc fails to build reproducibly because of using
non-reproducible date. It should instead be using no date, or the date
assigned by SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH.

A patch for the same has been committed to salsa and can be found
here[1]

This should be ready for upload after bullseye release. I am reporting bug so that
this change is not lost somehow.
