Hi Andreas,

I don't understand why a bunch of data files is a python package.
Anyway, the hardworking trainees attached a note:

  pangoLEARN\data\decisionTreeHeaders_v1.joblib seems to be binary. 
  Same for pangoLEARN\data\decisionTree_v1.joblib.
