This just says "The typed_ast package is not installed." which sounds like
it just wasn't rebuilt for 3.10 yet? 1.4.2-1 was used while only
1.4.3-1+b1 is rebuilt for 3.10.
As far as I can see these problems don't happen anymore, though the
package still FTBFS (see
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=mypy):
FAILED mypy/test/testcmdline.py::PythonCmdlineSuite::testSrcPEP420Packages
FAILED mypy/test/testsamples.py::SamplesSuite::test_stdlibsamples
FAILED mypyc/test/test_commandline.py::TestCommandLine::testErrorOutput
FAILED mypyc/test/test_run.py::TestRun::testAsync

https://github.com/python/mypy/issues/10201 looks like mypy/typed_ast/3.10
problems are being properly tracked and fixed, also 1.5.0 was released on
Nov 12; though this doesn't seem related to the current failures.
