Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
htscodecs could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it ships varint as an example file, which is a temporary
wrapper script for .libs/varint... a file that you delete in debian/rules.

Patch attached that also removes this file.
