dpkg-sig mangles the .changes file here:

    https://sources.debian.org/src/dpkg-sig/0.13.1+nmu4/dpkg-sig/#L828

It only mangles the "Files" section.  The last dpkg-sig maintainer
upload[1] was in 2006 where there were no "Checksums-*" fields yet.

I'll file a bug; maybe dpkg-sig should be removed from the archive as
I'm not sure how useful it is given it has not been maintained for over
a decade.
