New upstream version of optlang fixed #1008755 and python-cobra
autopkgtests are passing again[1]. This issue has also been
preventing migration of the libsbml[2], and possibly others.
I'm considering a Breaks statement in python3-cobra when
python3-optlang is too old, but I also understand this may put
too much constraints to apt dependencies analyzer, and may not
be entirely justified since the breakage is only temporary while
optlang is not up to date but python3-default is. Should I just
go ahead and close #1009111 without further upload?
