[Debian-med-packaging] biosig 2.1.2-5

Dear Andreas,
dear packaging team,


recently this bug was reported to me
    https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1010001
and a fix is already available in upstream, as well as in the latest 
2.4.1 release.

In order to make this available, I've prepared a release biosig-2.1.2-5 
which backported this fix and one other patch concerning EDF+ format.
The changes are available in the branch 2.1.2  of
    https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/biosig/

Would it be possible to update biosig in debian/stable ?
