[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1006667: fixed in python-biopython 1.79+dfsg-3

[Étienne Mollier]

python-biopython has not made it to testing so far due to the
blocking bug #1003933 which is being worked on.  This is a ping
of the original issue to postpone the removal of the package,
and all its transitive dependencies, by a few days.
