FTR, To fix the ABI breakage in spdlog/1.10, I request the fmt/9 transition afterwards. Since with fmt/9 translation, spdlog ABI will bump to libspdlog1-fmt9(from libspdlog1-fmt8) anyway. See my comments on #1016418. I'm not sure if the release team will be happy with that. -- Shengjing Zhu
