Hello,

I have recently worked on beast-mcmc and noticed it has an outline of a 
possible autopkgtest in debian/tests/run-unit-test, but 
debian/tests/control is missing. I have not tried running 
debian/tests/run-unit-test, but from its existence I assume the 
autopkgtest is left unfinished.
