Source: vienna-rna
Version: 2.4.17+dfsg-2
Severity: serious
Tags: ftbfs sid bookworm
Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
Hi,
vienna-rna recently started to FTBFS, this is probably related to a
change in the toolchain or a build dependency:
...
checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes
checking for RNAlib2 >= 2.2.0... no
checking for RNAlib2 >= 2.0... no
configure: error: Package requirements (RNAlib2 >= 2.0) were not met:
Package 'RNAlib2', required by 'virtual:world', not found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables VRNA2_CFLAGS
and VRNA2_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
configure: error: ./configure failed for src/Kinfold
