Hi,

Thanks to Remco Bouckaert, the author of beast2, I could find the issue 
is in libhmsbeagle. Passing --without-opencl to the configure step of 
libhmsbeagle allows one to avoid errors such as the one you reported.

This change does not seem to affect the other reverse dependency of 
libhmsbeagle, so I am endorsing it.
