[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1026913: paml: autopkgtest timeouts on armel

Dear maintainer(s),

Your package has an autopkgtest, great. However, it fails on armel. 
What's worse, it fails because times out due to autopkgtest after 2 
hours and 47 minutes. Can you please investigate the situation and fix 
it? I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. I suspect 
the test is just incredibly slow on armel (amd64: 10 minutes, arm64: 20 
minutes), maybe you just want to skip the archive for testing purposes?

The release team has announced [1] that failing autopkgtest on amd64 and 
arm64 are considered RC in testing. Also tests that time out (while 
normally running in much less time) are bad for our infrastructure. I 
have added your package to our reject_list for armel and will remove it 
once this bug is closed.
