[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1004731: parallel-fastq-dump: Package description mentions not existant "protip below"

Hi,

the package description of parallel-fastq-dump now reads

"[...] even if you already downloaded the sra file (see the protip below)"

but there is no protip below; I think that is the result of a
copy/paste from the README file (which does include protips).
