Hi Andreas,

our hardworking trainees added to note to your package:

  pangoLEARN\data\decisionTreeHeaders_v1.joblib seems to be binary.
  Same for pangoLEARN\data\decisionTree_v1.joblib.

So, please explain what is needed to create these files (and the other data files as well).
