Hello,

I have pushed pdb2pqr 3.5.2 to salsa, but there are new unpackaged
dependencies (I will work on them). Opening a bug report to track the
progress and collect the blockers.

Unpackaged dependencies:

* propka (#1005969)
* mmcif_pdbx (https://github.com/Electrostatics/mmcif_pdbx, no ITP yet)
