Currently thrust and cub are out of sync. I got somewhat distracted ... 
trying to add some autopkg tests.
But this bug points out that thrust should have a tighter dependency on 
cub (not only >= upstreamversion , but also << upstreamversion+1).

If you want to blame anything, it's thrust.
