[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1004294: libinsighttoolkit5.2: ITKReview module is not built

Dear Maintainer,

When upgrading sight package to use libinsightoolkit5.2 instead of
libinsighttoolkit4, it became impossible to build one of our filter
that uses the header itkLabelGeometryImageFilter.h. 

This file was moved in ITK5 in the module ITKReview, which is not built
by default. Could you consider enabling this module ? Other People might 
want to test the filters available in this module.
