Dear maintainer(s),
With a recent upload of autodock-vina the autopkgtest of autodock-vina
fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages
of autodock-vina from unstable. It passes when run with only packages
from testing. In tabular form:
pass fail
autodock-vina from testing 1.2.3-1
all others from testing from testing
I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. The host that
run our armhf tests has a huge amount of resources. Maybe you want to
suppress the warning or add a allow-stderr restriction to the test.
Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1]. Can
you please investigate the situation and fix it?
