Thank you for your report, this is on my radar.
Upstream has some stub support for SIMDe. There is enough to
allow building easily various flavor of the binary to make use
of vector instructions at best without causing baseline
violations on amd64, but apparently the implementation is still
partial and would need further patching to support non-amd64
architectures properly.
