Dear Debian spdlog package maintainer,

The spdlog upstream has released v1.10.0 since April 2022 (see
https://github.com/gabime/spdlog/releases ). Please consider packaging the new
releases in Debian.

Upstream has explicitly declared compatibility with fmtlib 8.1.1 (the current
version in Debian), so the new version is not expected to bring major
regressions.
