Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build
on amd64.

Relevant part (hopefully):
> configure: Using /usr/bin/salmon as salmon executable.
> checking for R... /usr/bin/R
> checking for Rscript... /usr/bin/Rscript
> checking for bamCoverage... /usr/bin/bamCoverage
> checking R package rmarkdown ... no
> configure: error: R package rmarkdown not found.
> tail -v -n \+0 config.log
