Sure! I had not seen the bug report yet.

jalview is also concerned. To my knowledge the three bug reports
* 1011156 (picard-tools)
* 1011157 (libsbml)
* 1011184 (jalview)

affect packages in our team. I will look at the three of them, nothing 
critical I guess.
